Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 354 New Cases In Nigeria; 78 In FCT, 76 In Lagos, 23 In Kaduna, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed three hundred and fifty four (354) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 354 coronavirus cases in the country, 78 in the FCT, 76 in Lagos, 23 in Kaduna, 19 in Ebonyi, 18 in Oyo, 17 in Nasarawa, 17 in Rivers, 16 in Delta, 15 in Kwara, 13 in Akwa Ibom, 12 in Edo, 12 in Ogun, 11 in Plateau, 9 in Kano, 6 in Bauchi, 6 in Borno and 6 in Ekiti.
As of Thursday, August 6th, 2020 there are 45,244 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 32,430 patients have been discharged, with 930 deaths.
